Executive Coaching for Leaders Who Carry the Weight

You don’t have to carry it alone. Share the load with a peer in a confidential space with someone who knows what senior leadership really feels like.

Start A Conversation

Leadership at this level is rarely simple.

You’re trusted to make decisions that matter.
People look to you for answers. Outcomes land with you.

But the higher you go, the fewer places there are to speak freely.

You’re balancing competing demands.
You’re dealing with people issues that don’t have a clean answer.
You’re expected to stay composed, even when the context is messy or political.

For many senior leaders, the challenge isn’t capability.
It’s carrying the responsibility without a place to work it through.

You choose your coach.
At this level, fit matters.

You’re not looking for generic advice or a process to follow.
You’re looking for someone who understands the pressure you’re under and the decisions you’re making.

At JY Australia, you get access to a panel of experienced executive coaches. People who have led teams, carried responsibility, and worked inside complex environments.

You explore the panel and decide who you want to work with.
If it’s helpful, we’re available to talk it through — but the choice is always yours.

Our Executive Coaching Panel

Our panel brings together experienced leaders and coaches from across government, Defence, and industry.
Each coach brings a different background and perspective, shaped by the environments they’ve worked in and the responsibility they’ve carried.
You’re encouraged to explore the panel and choose the coach who feels right for what you’re dealing with.

Explore the panel to learn more about each coach and their experience.

Not sure who to choose?
That's normal.

If you want to talk through what's on your plate before deciding, we're available.

No assessment  |  No obligation.  |  Just a conversation.

What usually happens next

You jump on a short call to ask questions, talk through your situation, and get a feel for whether this is the right support for you.

You review the coaching panel and decide who you’d like to work with.
If you want a second perspective before choosing, we’re available to help you think it through.

You meet your chosen coach to make sure the rapport feels right.
At this level, trust and comfort matter.

Before the coaching begins, you complete a short question set to give your coach a clear picture of your role, your challenges, and the environment you’re operating in.
This means the first session starts in the right place.

You begin regular, confidential one-on-one sessions focused on the decisions, people dynamics, and situations you’re dealing with in real time.

From the early sessions, you and your coach shape a practical 90-day plan.
Something you can take away that gives you clarity, focus, and early momentum in the role.

What Executives Say About Our Coaching

"I'd done leadership training before - workshops, courses, all of it. But coaching was different. Having someone who'd navigated my exact transition, who I could talk to confidentially every two weeks, changed everything. I'm six months in and I'm a completely different leader."

Sarah M. | Chief Operating Officer, Technology

"Shane's assessment was worth it alone - his background meant he understood the pressure immediately. The coach he matched me with had led turnarounds in my industry. We didn't waste time. My board relationships are stronger, my team is performing, and I actually sleep at night now."

James K. | CEO, Manufacturing

"The initial assessment with Shane was incredibly valuable. His military and C-suite background meant he asked questions no other coach had asked me. Being matched with a specialist rather than taking whoever was available made all the difference in my results."

Michael R. |  Managing Director, Financial Services

If this resonates, let’s talk.

If you’re carrying a lot right now, you don’t need to decide anything today.

You might just want to:

  • ask a few questions
  • talk through what’s on your plate
  • get a sense of whether this would be useful

That’s what the first conversation is for.

No pitch.
No obligation.
Just a chance to see if this feels like the right support.
