With over 30-years of experience in line management and leadership roles as a senior officer in the Navy, Martin worked in and led teams of up to 300 people with responsibility for operations, policy development, leadership development and transformation.
Martin is passionate about people leading people in a constructive culture and leveraging ethical people strategies to achieve improved business outcomes. Since leaving full time service in 2015, he has specialised in working with organisations to develop high performing teams through personal and organisational change.
