Her executive career includes leadership roles such as People Branch Manager at the Department of Health and Ageing, Executive Director of the Organ and Tissue Authority, and Executive Director of the Victorian Aged Care Response Centre. In the latter role, Ann led the joint Commonwealth and Victorian government response to COVID-19 in aged care, ensuring effective crisis management and sector-wide coordination. Before her public sector tenure, she served as Executive Director of private hospitals in Melbourne, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare management and service delivery Ann is a specialist coach for SES Band 1, Directors, and Assistant Directors across both small and large public service agencies, including the Department of Health and Aged Care, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and the National Emergency Management Authority. She applies a strengths-based leadership approach, leveraging Gallup Strengths Coaching to help leaders identify and harness their natural talents, improving decision-making, team effectiveness, and resilience.
