The Challenge
Following a period of organisational drift and operational misalignment, a key division within a state education department engaged JY Australia to help re-establish direction, rebuild trust, and create alignment—both within the leadership team and across the broader team. There was a strong appetite to reconnect with purpose, embed cultural safety, and strengthen leadership cohesion to drive collective performance.
Phase One: Leadership Foundations (August 2024)

Coaching and communication support to roll out the new direction across the team
